Rural Arkansas Deserves to Move.

Public transportation isn't a luxury — it's infrastructure. For too long, rural and underserved communities in Southeast Pulaski County have been left without reliable transit. 365 Connector is changing that.

Why This Matters

When There's No Bus, There's No Option.

Rural and suburban communities across Arkansas have quietly lost their connection to the public transportation network. Without a route, there's no way to get to work, no way to reach a doctor, no way to access the grocery store — not without a car you may not be able to afford.

In Southeast Pulaski County alone, thousands of residents live in communities where transit service has been reduced or eliminated entirely. These are working families, seniors, students, and veterans who depend on public transportation to function in daily life.

365 Connector exists because nobody else stepped up to build it. We're not waiting on a government grant to start. We're building the route, securing the partnerships, and bringing the bus back — one community at a time.

Is Your Town in Need of Public Transportation?

If your community is not on our list but needs transit service, we want to hear from you. Every submission helps us build the case for route expansion and secure the funding and partnerships to make it happen.

Who's Behind This Work

Partnerships & Institutional Backing

365 Connector is not doing this alone. We've built relationships with government leaders, community organizations, and port authorities who share our vision for a more connected Arkansas.

Arkansas Black Mayors Association

The Arkansas Black Mayors Association has been a foundational partner in amplifying the voice of these communities and connecting 365 Connector with local municipal leadership across the state.

Government Partner

Port of Little Rock

The Port of Little Rock partnership connects 365 Connector to the economic development infrastructure of Central Arkansas — linking transit planning to workforce mobility and regional commerce.

Economic Development Partner

City of Wrightsville

The City of Wrightsville has been a direct partner in the anchor community of the 365 Corridor — supporting route planning, community outreach, and local government backing for the project.

Municipal Partner

We are actively seeking additional government, nonprofit, and private sector partners to expand service. Contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.

Support the Route

Sponsor the 365 Connector

Sponsoring 365 Connector means investing in the mobility of Arkansas families. Your support directly funds route operations, stops, and community outreach.

To discuss sponsorship, call (501) 517-9558 or email admin@justbreatheconsults.com

Every Route Starts With a Voice.

The communities we serve didn't have someone fighting for their transit access. Now they do. If your town needs a bus, tell us. If your organization wants to help fund one, contact us.

EILAT

A Legacy Infrastructure Group Division

The Elite Institute of Logistics & Transportation

Every position in the logistics and transportation industry is a business opportunity. EILAT exists to make sure you know how to build yours.

Our Philosophy

A CDL License Is a Starting Point. Not a Ceiling.

The logistics and transportation industry moves America — but most of the people powering it never see the full picture of what's possible. A truck driver who understands freight brokerage can become a broker. A warehouse worker who understands logistics can open their own 3PL. A dispatcher who learns the business of freight forwarding can build an international trade operation.

EILAT was built on one conviction: every position in this industry is a doorway to entrepreneurship — if you have the right education.

We partner with CDL schools and training programs to bring business-of-the-industry curriculum to graduates who are ready to go further than just a job. And in 2027, we're opening our own school — designed from the ground up to turn industry workers into industry owners.

Whether you're a fresh CDL graduate, a 20-year dispatcher, or a CDL school looking to add real business curriculum — EILAT has a track for you.

Our Story

Built by Someone Who Came Up Through the Industry

"I didn't come from a board room. I came from the road."

The Beginning

Legacy Infrastructure Group was founded by Sarah Igbere — a logistics and transportation professional who spent years in the trenches of DOT compliance, carrier operations, and the real day-to-day of keeping trucks moving and companies legal. Before there was a company, there was just a person who knew this industry inside and out, and saw what it was missing.

The Gap

In 2020, when transit routes were cut and carriers were struggling through a chaotic regulatory and economic environment, Sarah saw the same pattern she'd always seen: the people and communities who needed the most support were the ones left behind. Underserved corridors without buses. Small carriers without compliance support. Entrepreneurs who didn't know how to get their trucking authority, let alone keep it.

The Return

She stepped away. She took stock. And she came back with a bigger vision: not just one service, but an infrastructure company — one that could serve carriers, serve communities, and build the systems that Arkansas was missing. That's Legacy Infrastructure Group.

The Mission

Four divisions. One mission. Whether it's getting a small business its first DOT number, restoring a bus route to a community that's been without one for six years, pulling a carrier back from the edge of shutdown, or building the next generation of logistics entrepreneurs — this is all the same work. It's building Arkansas. Moving communities. Transforming industry.

What We Stand For

Community First

Every service we offer was built because a community or carrier needed it and nobody else was serving them.

Credibility Through Experience

We don't sell consulting from a distance. We've operated in this industry. We know what works.

Accessible by Design

Pricing, language, and services built for real Arkansas businesses — not Fortune 500 companies.

Built to Last

This isn't a startup. This is an infrastructure company, and infrastructure is built to outlast anyone who built it.
